Overtake

Overtake is a tactical polynomial placement game built around corner control, board pressure, and efficient piece use. Players take turns placing shaped pieces on a 20x20 board. Each player starts from their own corner gate, then must keep expanding by touching their own pieces only by corners. Side-touching your own pieces is blocked, but corner-touching keeps your territory connected. The goal is to place as much material as possible, deny future space to opponents, preserve legal corners, and avoid getting trapped with unplayable pieces.
